About Us

Why Energize Exercise?

I was looking for some inspiration, a way I could make a difference, and personal training was my vision. I have worked over the last few year to develop my skills, learn as much as I can about exercise for all people (older adults, children, youth, mums, dads, singles, couples, families).

I have always had a passion about exercise and being healthy but this learning curve has given me the skills to pass onto others.
